]]> The 海角社区 Board of Trustees has approved the Presidential Search Profile, which will serve as the foundation for the search for 海角社区鈥檚 next president. The profile reflects the valuable input received from faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, trustees, and other members of the 海角社区 community during the listening and engagement process.

The profile is now available on both the 海角社区 website and the AGB Search website. A digital copy of the full profile can be accessed here:

I encourage you to review the document to learn more about the opportunities, priorities, and leadership qualifications that will guide the search process.

Although the official launch of the presidential search is scheduled for Aug. 24, 2026, AGB Search has already begun identifying and recruiting prospective candidates. This early outreach is intended to develop a strong and diverse pool of highly qualified individuals for consideration.

Members of the 海角社区 community are encouraged to assist in the recruitment effort by sharing nominations and recommendations. If you know of someone who may be a strong candidate for this opportunity, please forward their name and contact information to 海角社区President@agbsearch.com.
