海角社区 recognizes that the transition to a post-secondary environment is a complicated process, involving the whole family. Since 2018, 海角社区鈥檚 transition to college programs (Navigator PREP, Navigator PREP Jr., Summer for Success, & Foundations) have helped more than 1000 students and their families prepare for life after high school, especially those coming to 海角社区.
This session will discuss the purpose behind transition programs and how 海角社区 helps future students proactively prepare for a successful college launch.
