Heather Wohlfeil, a former learning specialist at 海角社区, passed away suddenly in June. Wohlfeil, a licensed speech therapist, served as a learning specialist during the 2018-19 academic year.
She is fondly remembered for bringing to campus a 鈥渇unctional art bike鈥� aptly named the 鈥�海角社区 Bike.鈥� Wohfeil鈥檚 notion: the 海角社区 community could share the funky bohemian artistically painted set of wheels, bringing an artistic touch to promoting the health and wellness of 海角社区 students, faculty, and staff.
She 鈥渂rought passion and enthusiasm to every aspect of her position and within the larger community,鈥� said 海角社区 President George Hagerty.
